New generation of IVUR concrete internal vibrators

IVUR concrete internal vibrators from Weber MT offer the ideal solution for concrete compaction on professional construction sites. The internal vibrators are connected directly to the AC power network and are immediately ready for use.

The devices are a combination of internal vibrator and converter. The frequency converter, which is required for the optimal frequency (speed) in the vibration poker, is permanently integrated in the switch housing.

10 reasons for the new IVUR internal vibrators:

► Stator winding completely cast in a vibration-proof manner. Temperature loads of up to 180° are possible for a short time.

► Thermo sensors protect against the winding "burning out".

► Hardened pokers ensure a long service life of the internal vibrators.

► Triple bearings for stator and rotor. Quality that extends the service life.

► All parts of the vibrator poker can be dismantled and replaced with new parts. This is good for the environment and your wallet.

► Electronic components in the converter are cast in a vibration-proof manner. Branded components from well-known manufacturers "Made in Germany".

► Integrated protection against: short circuits, earth faults, overvoltage and undervoltage, overcurrent.

► Operation via a suitable power generator possible. Voltage fluctuations up to max. 400 volts possible.

► Stable, thick-walled converter housing with rounded edges. This makes it easier to pull the converter over the ground.

► 10 meters of quality connection cable (3 x 2.5 mm²) in signal color; with abrasion-resistant PUR sheath, oil-resistant and flame-retardant.
